Logstown Lofts came to Iliad for branding on a new project. Having partnered with the founders of Logstown Lofts on previous projects, we had established ourselves as reputable professionals who take an immense level of care and personal satisfaction in our work. These principles shone through right from the get go of the project, with Iliad creating extensive brand guidelines for Logstown Lofts, enabling their branding to reflect their core aim to focus on modern aesthetics.

What is Logstown Lofts?

Logstown Lofts is an apartment complex under construction in West Aliquippa, designed to blend modern comforts with historical charm.

The units feature contemporary, modernized interiors with state-of- the-art amenities, while the exterior preserves the rich colonial architecture that reflects the area's significant history. This thoughtful design ensures that residents can enjoy the best of both worlds: the convenience of modern living and the beauty of historical aesthetics.

The complex will feature a beautiful, pet-friendly community comprised of one-bedroom/den and two-bedroom/den apartments. Each spacious floor plan will include modern amenities you would expect to find in a luxury home, at affordable rental rates: a fully- equipped gourmet kitchen with energy-efficient appliances and exceptional closet space. The community room provides comforts of contemporary living which include a kitchen and dining area, perfect for social gatherings and events. The building is smoke-free and pet- friendly, ensuring a healthy and welcoming environment for all residents.

Typography

The Logstown Lofts logo creatively combines historical architecture with modern design by featuring two "L"s that come together to form a door.
